Main entrance lobby design concept for three connected residential buildings

The design challenge was to create a pastoral and urban experience from narrow entrance foyers, which connect three buildings with two active facades.

There are two entrances to the buildings:  one side from Einstein Street. This view allows reflections of the urban dynamic rhythm on white, glass-like walls.

The second active facade: The more quiet, Green Avenue. In the view from this entrance is of organic and soft finishing materials that integrate with the green lung behind the buildings. A combination of natural materials and a design connection to nature and  green spaces. Wooden finishing materials combined with terrazzo allow for a modern, minimalistic, yet warm and inviting.

On the upper floor lobbies we created black frames that emphasize the entrances to the apartments against a pleasant white terrazzo background.

In addition, we used peripheral lighting slots to emphasizes the frames.
