Mitzpe Afek is a design concept that has been approved and is about to be implemented.

The "Mitzpe Afek" project is a residential complex which includes 8 buildings in the new Afek neighborhood. 2 high- rise towers and 6 lower, 7 floor buildings.
The interior design includes public spaces, entrance foyers and central spaces. In addition, an outdoor pool with an adjacent pool- facility building, public toilets, showers etc.
In addition, the design includes public spaces for the residents' well-being:
a fully equipped gym, a cozy cinema room, a residents' club and WEWORK- style public work spaces.
The design challenge was to create a pleasant collaborative, creative experience and atmosphere for the tenant community with a modern approach. To achieve the design goal we used a combination of finishing materials, both modern and classic in order to get an elegant look and feel: stone, wood and several touches of color to complete the image, especially in the residents' shared spaces.
