This is a Design concept for a huge project in Or Yehuda that includes entrances, a floor space, a business lounge and public spaces for the well-being of the tenants.
The design challenge in combining motifs of nature into the design in order to instill a relaxing and creative atmosphere.
Bringing Nature to the city
We designed seating areas near pools and green plants. Combination of soft organic materials that integrate with the green lung. Combination and design connection to nature and the green spaces, wooden finishing materials combined with terrazzo. The ceilings are stretch ceilings illuminated with lighting that simulates skylight in bright and pleasant tones. The lounge and work areas are designed in a warm, young and dynamic atmosphere. And in the lobbies of the upper floors, we gave a design emphasis to the entrance hall to each apartment and directed lighting to the apartments.
